Loading
The glass plates are loaded on lines with different types of loading systems, according to glass sizes, types and numbers of racks, and cycle time of the line. Loaders can be traditional systems and/or robot solutions.
Cutting

Breakout
X/Y static/dynamic roll breakout with integrated trim removal system.
Unloading
After cutting and snapping operations, the glass plates are stacked with traditional stackers or with robot systems.
Line control
Line control based on the PLC platform. Server/clients SCADA system for Human interface for all areas with synoptic and troubleshooting functions. Report system for production and process data analysis.
